Interior Painting
Interior Painting in Southwest Florida

Interior painting is the job most homeowners live through while it happens, so the work itself matters as much as the paint. Suncoast Pro Painting protects floors and furniture before a brush comes out, keeps a clean work area room by room, and walks every space with you at the end before we call it done.
This page covers full interior repaints and single-room refreshes. Walls, ceilings, trim and doors are all part of the same visit unless you’d rather split the scope, so you get one estimate instead of three.
What’s included
- Wall painting, one room or a full interior
- Ceiling painting, including flat and popcorn textures
- Trim, baseboard and door casing
- Interior doors, sprayed or brushed depending on the finish
- Minor drywall patching before paint (holes, nail pops, hairline cracks)
- Furniture and floor protection, daily cleanup
Our process
- 1
Walkthrough and written scope
We look at every room being painted, note repairs, and put the scope in writing before any work starts.
- 2
Prep and protection
Floors, trim, fixtures and furniture get covered. Walls are patched, sanded and cleaned of dust and grease before priming.
- 3
Priming where needed
Repairs, color changes and stain-prone areas (kitchens, bathrooms) get primed so the topcoat covers evenly.
- 4
Typically two coats, cut and rolled or sprayed
Cut lines at ceilings and trim are hand-done; larger wall areas can be sprayed and back-rolled for texture match.
- 5
Final walkthrough
We go room by room with you before we consider the job finished, not after.
Materials
We use interior paints rated for Florida humidity, with washable finishes (eggshell or satin) in living spaces and moisture-resistant finishes in kitchens and bathrooms. Ceiling paint is flat to hide surface imperfections under recessed lighting.
