Southwest Florida exteriors take a harder beating than most: intense UV, wind-driven rain, and stucco that expands and contracts through the wet and dry seasons. An exterior repaint that skips prep fails faster here than almost anywhere else, so we spend more time on washing, scraping and caulking than on rolling paint.
We paint stucco, block, wood and vinyl siding exteriors, including trim, soffits, garage doors, and shutters as part of the same job.

Our process

Exterior assessment
We check for peeling, chalking paint, stucco cracks, and rot before quoting, so the estimate reflects what the house actually needs.

Wash and prep
Pressure washing removes chalking, mildew and dirt. Loose or peeling paint is scraped and feathered.

Caulk and patch
Gaps around trim, windows and doors are caulked. Hairline stucco cracks are patched before priming.

Primer on bare or repaired areas
Spot-primed where paint was removed or stucco was patched, so the finish coat cures evenly.

Typically two coats, sprayed and back-rolled
Exterior-grade acrylic applied in weather conditions the manufacturer specifies, not just whenever the calendar says.

Final walkthrough
We walk the full exterior with you in daylight before the job is marked complete.
Materials
100% acrylic exterior paint rated for high-UV, high-humidity climates, with mildew-resistant additives for stucco and block. Caulk and patch materials are paintable and exterior-rated.
