How We Work
Five steps, the same for every job, whether it’s one room or a full exterior repaint.

Free estimate
What we do: We ask a few questions online or by phone about the space, timeline and any photos you send.
What we need from you: A rough sense of what you want painted. Measurements aren’t necessary yet.

Written quote
What we do: We walk the project (in person or from your photos) and send a clear, itemized quote.
What we need from you: Access for a walkthrough if the project needs one, and any color preferences you already have.

Prep
What we do: Floors, trim and fixtures get protected. Walls or surfaces are patched, sanded, washed and primed where needed.
What we need from you: Clear access to the work areas and, for interior jobs, furniture moved or noted for us to move.

Paint
What we do: Typically two coats, with daily cleanup of the work area.
What we need from you: Nothing, unless we need a decision on something we find mid-project (an unexpected repair, for example).

Final walkthrough
What we do: We walk the finished job with you, room by room or wall by wall, before we call it done.
What we need from you: A few minutes to walk the job with us and flag anything before we wrap up.
