What We Paint in Bradenton

Interior Painting in Bradenton
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, prepped and painted without turning your home upside down. Interior painting is the job most homeowners live through while it happens, so the work itself matters as much as the paint.

Exterior Painting in Bradenton
Stucco, block and siding, painted with coatings built for Gulf Coast sun, humidity and storms. Southwest Florida exteriors take a harder beating than most: intense UV, wind-driven rain, and stucco that expands and contracts through the wet and dry seasons. In Bradenton, that means planning for older riverfront and historic-district homes near downtown plus newer block and stucco subdivisions east of it.

Cabinet Painting in Bradenton
Kitchen and bathroom cabinets refinished with a sprayed, factory-style finish, not a brushed coat. A full kitchen remodel is not always the answer when cabinets are structurally fine but dated or worn.

Commercial Painting in Bradenton
Offices, retail and multi-family properties, scheduled around your business hours, not ours. Commercial jobs come with a different set of constraints than a house: tenants, business hours, and a building that can’t shut down for a week.

Painting in Bradenton: What the Homes Need
Bradenton is the Manatee County seat and it sits on the Manatee River, a short drive inland from Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key across the Intracoastal. That puts most homes here in a middle zone: close enough to open water for salt to be in the air and for humidity to come off the river, without the full beachfront exposure a barrier-island house takes.
The housing runs older than in the cities south of here. Bradenton was incorporated in 1903, and the neighborhoods near downtown and the Riverwalk include historic homes and converted buildings, like the live-work houses in the Village of the Arts, where wood siding, porch detail and trim have to be scraped, sanded and primed by hand. Farther east the city turns into newer block and stucco subdivisions, where the job is usually a maintenance repaint on sound walls.
