Cabinet Painting and Refinishing in Southwest Florida

We refinish cabinet boxes, doors and drawer fronts, with the option to change hardware and add soft-close hinges while everything is already off the wall.

Our process

1. 1

   On-site assessment

   We check the cabinet material (wood, laminate, thermofoil) and current finish, since prep differs by substrate.

2. 2

   Doors and drawers removed and labeled

   Numbered so every door goes back exactly where it came from.

3. 3

   Degrease and sand

   Kitchen cabinets accumulate grease film that has to come off before anything will stick, followed by scuff-sanding for adhesion.

4. 4

   Spray finish, controlled environment

   Doors and drawers are sprayed flat in a dust-controlled setup for an even, brush-mark-free coat. Boxes are sprayed or finely rolled in place.

5. 5

   Cure time before rehang

   Catalyzed finishes need real cure time before hardware goes back on and doors get used hard.

6. 6

   Reinstall and adjust

   Doors rehung, hinges adjusted so they close evenly.

Materials

Sprayed, catalyzed cabinet-grade coatings built for daily kitchen wear (grease, cleaning chemicals, moisture), not standard wall or trim paint.
